New plan to attack

Had a little pow-wow and we changed a few things around to my training. Adding a few more hours and some more running to my schedule since, my running is really suck-y lately. 5 days of running (short runs), 4 biking, 3 swimming and 1 yoga/pilates. Beginning, next week... I should be hurting I already am just thinking about it. So, I am sure there will be some great stories to come of it. As well as some great naps! :P
